Okay, so I've been thinking about this book project and so far I'm really undecided. I really like the idea of doing either something Shakespeare-themed (maybe Romeo and Juliet or Macbeth etc) or doing something with fairy tales geared more towards their original, uncensored versions (no kiddy stuff!).
I've been thinking about both ideas and so far I've got some possibilities for Shakespeare books but only a few vague ones about the fairy tales. I have found some really interesting websites that talk about fairy tales and have loads of illustrations from the 19th century which are really beautiful. I'm thinking of maybe incorporating that kind of old-school look but without the child-friendly content (not too sure yet though). Will keep you posted.
